Shipping Policy
FREE & STANDARD SHIPPING: Process times are slower as we tend to Priority and Express shipping first. Please keep in mind Saturday and Sunday is not considered a business / shipping day.
Once you receive a shipping confirmation email from us, that means your order has departed our facility and is in the hands of the courier. Please give the tracking number some time to update in their system.
Express Shipping packages are still guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed.
Priority Shipping ships same day Monday - Friday if the order is placed before 2PM. This is not a guaranteed service by the courier. If you need your order within a specific timeframe only Express Shipping is guaranteed to arrive.
USA SHIPPING:
Estimated Times: ( from when the order is shipped ) This may also fluctuate during the holidays, unfortunately we have no control on courier delays
Free/Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 3-4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Guaranteed: ( from when the order is shipped )
Saturdays and Sundays is not included as a business day.
*All Express and Priority orders must be placed before 2pm EST to ship same day
Return & Exchange Policy
SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS MARKED FINAL, ARE FINAL SALE. THERE WOULD BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
ALL RETURNS NEED TO BE MAILED.
Once we receive your returned package a member from our return department team will inspect and issue you an online credit. We do not offer money back refunds on returned items. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout.
Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.
Your item must arrive back to us within 21 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.
Original tags, including The Boutique tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.
Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, it can cause a delay in issuing your credit as it takes more time to locate the order
